It was very rare that it would not have a tool like this; Twitly allows us to 'accommodate' groups in all of our followers, to have a better organization as if it were an instant messaging program. The interface is very simple, on the home page we have the timeline in which shows recent Tweets of our contacts, and there is a sidebar to the right where we have the avatar of our mind and options to manipulate the groups.
To create a group just have to write a name and press the "add" and that's it, and we can begin to organize our contacts to get a better organization. No need to install anything, everything is through the Web and you should only log in with your username and Twitter and that's it.
