Is nothing new to say that Twitter has problems all the time, and after rounds of millionaire investment, the problems persist, making the service is increasingly slow and unusable, that's why I come out of Twitter clones everywhere, and this time talking about playing Identi.ca, which promises to be a platform for microblogging (aka clone of Twitter) but based on open source, so there will be total transparency with the data, and most importantly, if you do not like the performance of a server, you can move your data to another location.
The service is still so new that it does not have many features turned on, but at a future supposedly include location maps, communicate with users of other services, events, archives and more. Registration is very simple and the overall design is pretty decent, but when I was testing a while ago, I realized that the service is slow and sometimes sends several errors due to the load generated by users.
