And you: how do you sleep?

The scientists believe that the position in which a person sleeps says very much on the type of personality, behavior and habits that we have each one. The teacher Chris Idzikowski, who is the director of the center of evaluation of the sleep of the United Kingdom does emphasis on the following positions, since according to his studies, each one reveals information about every person:

Sleep-types

Fetal position: In general they are shy when they meet someone for the first time but soon one happens to them. This is the most common position (41 %) of 1,000 volunteers who took part in the study. Esta es la posición más común (41%) de los 1,000 voluntarios que participaron en el estudio.
I truncate: These persons are very sociable, they have good personal relations and they like belonging to one or several groups. They might become incredulous. Podrían llegar a ser incrédulos.
With the widespread arms: The persons who sleep in this position in general tend to be suspicious and sínicas. They are not so rapid to process mentally but once they take a decision, hardly they change it. No son tan rápidos para procesar mentalmente pero una vez que toman una decisión, difícilmente la cambian.
Position of the 'soldier': Generally this type of persons is kept silent and reserved and they do not like very much the alborote. It is common that high standards are fixed for themselves and for other persons. Es común que se fijen estándares altos para ellos mismos y para otras personas.
Free fall position: Regularly they are sociable and sometimes arrogant, although for below they are softer than they seem. They can be very nervous and they do not like the extreme situations. Pueden ser muy nerviosos y no les gustan las situaciones extremas.
Starfish position: Most of the times, this type of persons have good friends since they are always ready to listen to the others. They offer help when someone more needs it and in general they do not like being the center of attention. Ofrecen ayuda cuando alguien más lo necesita y por lo general no les gusta ser el centro de atención.
